B&W ITV

I you have noticed the two black and white spinning things on the top corner of the screen on itv, it is because local areas sometimes have there own local adverts, it is to warn them that the break is about to start, this means that they can put the adverts on without losing transmission. When it comes on it means the adverts are going to come on in 60 seconds. I found this out on the internet just type into google "what is the black and white thing on itv" I was wondering what it was too which is why I looked it up on the Internet.
